Our First Place

Dave and I said good-bye to our first apartment at the end of August.  We really enjoyed this apartment and loved the area. We would always joke that everything we needed was within 10 minutes of us except for BYU and my work. Some of my favorite things about the apartment were that we had a pool/ hot tub and a gym. I found that it is really easy to go to the gym when it is a 3 minute walk away. I really loved the ample parking. This sounds silly, but anyone who has ever gone to BYU can relate. Not being able to find a parking spot is the worst. I always had a covered spot which was so nice. I really liked the layout of our apartment and one of my favorite parts was having a walk-in laundry room. I’ve definitely come to appreciate the little things as I have been living in an apartment for pretty much the last 7 years. Here our some pictures of our first place.

Although we were sad to sad goodbye, we are pretty excited for our next place in California. We are going to be living right in the city in a complex that has a very downtown, city-like ambiance. Here is a preview of the complex that we will soon call home. Hopefully it looks enticing so that people will want to come and visit:)
