Vegas Baby!

It probably seems like Dave and I go to Vegas a lot because we do. All of my family lives in Vegas. I still have young siblings and so there’s always events and family gatherings that I would hate to miss. This Vegas trip was to see/ meet my first blood-related niece, Lauren Kate Newson. She is absolutely beautiful and just so cuddly.

 

We also spent some time by the pool with Amy before she headed to Disneyland for the weekend.

We hiked Lone Mountain. It was a pretty easy hike that had an incredible view of the Vegas valley. It was super windy on the top of the mountain and as ridiculous as it sounds, I’m really glad the wind didn’t blow us off the peak. Vegas winds can get pretty crazy sometimes.

 

We also went to Famous Dave’s BBQ for dinner one night. It was delicious. My dad got bread pudding for dessert and I think I ate most of it. I had never had bread pudding before, but I am definitely a fan.

 

And of course, what would a Vegas post be without pictures of us visiting the Bellagio?
