Island Park
For MLK day weekend we went to Island Park, Idaho. Once we finally got on the road, we had so much fun! We stayed at Dave's grandma's cabin. It was a weekend full of snowmobiling, sledding, playing in the snow, games, food, laughing, movies, and relaxing. Some of the highlights of the trip included...
* Dave and Liz shoveling snow at Liz's family's cabin for 2.5 hours in order to get the snowmobiles out of the garage
* Dave and Jeff's sore arms after trying to start the yellow snowmobile for hours. Later realizing that the kill switch was on the whole time:)
* Our very creative trailer lighting system... thanks to a roll of duck tape
* Snowmobiling for hours on end in one of the most beautiful places on Earth
* Spending 30 minutes every morning getting dressed in about 10 layers of clothing... it was definitely worth it though
* Waking up to a carbon monoxide alarm going off, going back to sleep after debating what to do, and thankfully waking up in the morning
* Playing in the snow
* Discovering the delicious cinnamon bears and popcorn at the local gas station and going back multiple times to get more.
* Liz and Lizzie beating Dave and Jeff at Buzz Words. Favorite quote from the game, "She's so breathless." I think Dave and Jeff laughing at this comment helped the girls to win the game
* Visiting grandma Landon in Idaho Falls on the way home
It was such a fun trip and we can't wait to go snowmobiling again!!!

I definitely miss this trip and we never even had the snowmobiles on any of our trips. Did you happen to play shadow games while you were up there? We will have to tell you about that sometime
So what is up with the red snow suit Dave? Is that one you always have had? It is quite stylin'. we've definitely got to all go up to the cabin together sometime!
